Maldon Sea Salt Flakes
Ever since I was introduced to Maldon Sea Salt, it has been hard to use any other salt while cooking and finishing food. I have a vessel of it on the counter, by the stove within easy reach. And reach for it daily, I do. The only time I don’t use it, is baking. Kosher salt is still the winner there. I even use it to salt my pasta water, which feels a little luxurious but well worth it.
