Ordering and Shipping
Domestic Shipping
All Go Outside orders ship from Washington State via USPS, UPS or FedEx, with UPS Ground Saver the most common. Due to the ongoing global rise in shipping costs, we have created a flat rate structure to calculate shipping cost depending on location. At present it is:
$12 flat rate Standard shipping for most orders
$22 flat rate Standard shipping for heavy/oversized and/or fragile glassware/ceramics orders
$40 flat rate Standard shipping for the heaviest/bulkiest orders
We promise that we are not trying to profit on shipping costs and we hope this feels fair, while keeping things relatively simple to understand.
Weekend delivery is not guaranteed.
*If you require a specific mail carrier to deliver to your address, please leave a note in the comment field during checkout and we will do our best to accommodate.
Ordering & Processing Time
Generally, orders will be processed 1 to 3 days from the time your order is placed, pending credit card authorization. During high season and promotional periods, processing and delivery might take a little longer. If you require quicker shipping, please choose expedited at checkout.
Please double check the shipping address during checkout, especially as many browsers auto-populate addresses. Orders that are returned as "Return to Sender" (wrong address, package refused at customs, etc.) will be refunded less shipping/handling charge, once the package arrives back to us. For customers that would like to have their "Return to Sender" order redelivered to their corrected address will unfortunately require an additional shipping fee for a second delivery.
Once shipped, your order should generally arrive within 1-5 days, depending on your location. As a reference, once shipped, most orders to WA typically arrive in 1-3 business days, and most orders to the East Coast arrive in 4-7 business days.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding Federal Holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking.
Pre-Orders
To save on packaging and costs, by default, all items are shipped together unless it requires multiple shipments. If you have pre-ordered an item alongside other items, you order will likely not ship until the pre-order item is available.
Store Pickup
Select "Store Pickup" as your shipping option prior to completing checkout. We cannot refund shipping costs once they have been processed for our carrier. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order be processed. We will contact you via email once your order is ready for pickup. Pickup will only be during business hours (10am to 5pm Monday - Saturday and 11am to 5pm on Sunday) at the storefront located at 111 Morris Street, La Conner, WA.
International Shipping
Unfortunately at this time we are no able to offer international shipping.
Missing Items
If we are unable to fulfill your order in the event of an inventory issue, we will issue you a refund for your order. If you have ordered multiple items, you will receive a refund for the missing item and we will continue to ship out your remaining items.
Damaged Items:
In the event that an item has arrived damaged from shipment, we will be sure to get you a replacement when possible or a refund. Please email us at gooutside@gooutsidelaconner.com so that we can quickly resolve the issue with your order. We will cover the replacement shipping charges on damaged or missing items. All claims forms must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Lost Packages
Go Outside is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are dispatched from our shipping facility. We also are not responsible for any carrier delays that are outside of our control.
Changes To Your Order
Please make sure to carefully review your cart at checkout before confirming your order. Once your order is placed it is sent directly to our fulfillment team, therefore changes cannot be made to your order, ship date, or shipping address.
Sales Tax
A sales tax of 8.7% is added to all orders within the state of Washington.
